CrossFit Fundamentals

No CrossFit Experience, No Problem!! We take a Personal Training approach to teach you everything you need to know!!

Our Fundamentals course consists of 5 one-hour Personal Training sessions with one of our super experienced coaches. Once you've completed all 5 classes we know you'll be more than ready to join any of the multiple class options we offer. We know that you're busy! So, we work with each new athlete individually to find days and times that suit your schedule. Once you've completed the Fundamentals course you'll have an additional 3 weeks of membership included at no extra cost!! Fast Track Fundamentals

Next course scheduled for 6/7 November!

This course is two days long with each session lasting approximately 2.5 hours. You will learn all the foundational movements of CrossFit over those two days, and will finish each session with a short workout designed to reinforce the movement patterns of what you are taught that day. You will learn everything from Air Squats to basic gymnastic movements, and the Olympic lifts like Snatches and Cleans. The entire 2.5 hour sessions will teach you everything you need to know to be prepared to join our normal group CrossFit classes. As part of the Fast Track Fundamentals package you will also receive a 5 Session Punch Card, normally worth close to €80!
