CrossFit Fundamentals

*Required for all beginners*

Our foundation course consists of three one-hour personal training sessions led by our experienced trainers. We understand your hectic schedule and therefore work closely with each participant to identify suitable days and times. After successfully completing the basic course, you will receive a free fourth day on which your personal coach will accompany you through your first group course. This additional day is intended to make it easier for you to transition seamlessly into our diverse teaching options. Fast Track Fundamentals

This course lasts two days, with each session lasting approximately 2.5 hours. Over these two days you will learn all of the basic movements of CrossFit and conclude each session with a short workout designed to reinforce the movement patterns of what you were taught that day. You'll learn everything from air squats to basic gymnastics moves to Olympic lifting moves like snatches and cleans. Across the full 2.5 hour sessions, you'll learn everything you need to know to be prepared to participate in our regular CrossFit group classes. As part of the Fast Track Fundamentals package you will also receive a 5 session punch card, usually worth just under €80!
