Over two days we will take you through a three hour session where we will teach you all the basic movements required to take part in our normal group classes. This course is led by coach and owner Andrew and local German trainer Julia, who is available for full translation if required. Each day, you'll learn some of CrossFit's basic movements and end each session with a short workout designed to strengthen these movement patterns. Additionally, as part of the Fast Track Fundamentals package, you will receive a punch card for 5 sessions.
Our normal foundation course consists of 5 separate days, which is understandably difficult to plan when living a hectic lifestyle, but with this offer you can complete it in 2 days and be ready to attend the normal courses the next day! 💪
