No CrossFit Experience, No Problem!! We take a Personal Training approach to teach you everything you need to know!!
Our Fundamentals course consists of 5 one-hour Personal Training sessions with one of our super experienced coaches. Once you've completed all 5 classes we know you'll be more than ready to join any of the multiple class options we offer. We know that you're busy! So, we work with each new athlete individually to find days and times that suit your schedule. Once you've completed the Fundamentals course you'll have an additional 3 weeks of membership included at no extra cost!!
