• Crossfit L-1

Sup guys! I grew up in a small town near Daytona Beach, Florida. When I was a kid I was always outdoors and played lots of sports. I surfed, swam, practiced Taekwondo and got my black belt, played football, baseball, and even went to state my senior year for olympic weightlifting. After college I joined the Air Force and started doing CrossFit in 2014. After years of competing and growing in the sport of CrossFit, I received my CrossFit L-1 in January of 2020. There I started as an assistant coach at Hardshells CrossFit.

When and where did you start Crossfit?
I first started CrossFit at 12 Labors in Baltimore, Maryland back in 2014. There I learned from some amazing coaches/CrossFit games athletes, and even competed in local competitions.
Why do you Coach?
For as long as I can remember I have always been a teacher and a coach, dating all the way back to when I was a kid helping my younger brother play sports with my friends. I genuinely love helping other athletes grow, crush their goals, and improve fitness and their lives.
Got any hobbies?
I love the outdoors. Whever the weather permits, I love to hike, rock climb, mountain bike, and surf. But deep down I am a big computer nerd. I can have just as much fun playing video games and watching Star Wars.
